Shipping policy

We ship out all orders within 2-5 business days of purchase (exceptions may include if the order was purchased on a weekend or holiday; exceptions may also include if there are any USPS delays or federal holiday / weather closures). If the customer chooses standard shipping, they can expect it to arrive in 3-5 business days (exceptions may apply). If the customer chooses USPS priority shipping, they can expect it to arrive in 1-3 business days (exceptions may apply). If the customer chooses USPS priority INTERNATIONAL shipping, expect it to arrive within 1-3 weeks of shipping date (exceptions may apply).

All wholesale / custom orders are subject to unique fulfillment and shipping timelines, which would be previously discussed prior to your purchase.

All book pre-orders will have the shipping timeline defined in the description of the product listing. If the book is not on a pre-order schedule, please refer to our standard 2-5 business day fulfillment process.

Digital products that are not on a pre-order schedule will be sent via email automatically, immediately after purchase. If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours of purchase and it is not on a pre-order schedule, please contact us directly at withlovebyliliprov@gmail.com for assistance.

We are NOT responsible for any delays from USPS. We are NOT the post office, so we are not in control of how quickly an order arrives to a customer. No refunds will be issued if a package is delayed or misplaced.

We are mostly a one-person-ran business (with occasional assistance) , so if there are any delays with our brand shipping out an order (a.k.a. if it takes more than 7 business days for you to receive shipping confirmation), we ask that you please be patient and understanding. Thank you in advance!
